NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you should avoid papaya jackfruit and any fruit which causes body heat to increase and apart you can have basic fruits like banana apple pomegranate which all would be safe for the child and absolutely nothing to worry about
