Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you can go for any oil application on the scalp as well as body of the child. the thing is that after application it should not cause any allergy on the skin of the child. if it is causing callergy and rash then kindly change the brand. the safest oil is always coconut oil or virgin coconut oil but you can choose any oil which is not causing allergy

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Good luck and take care.
