You can start wearing from the delivery time itself maybe after two or three days as you have to fix it tight on the area below your stitches it should not interfere with your otherwise it’s going to be painful and really not right at the time so you can start using it right after your delivery there is no restriction using the belt if you have a customised one it’s okay otherwise you can go for flamingo
