Q.

From a week my daughter having a very bad cough. We tired everything ..cough syrup ,antibiotics but still she coughing

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchgodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper efvaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

A. U Also should go ahead with giving nebulisation to the childhood times in a day at least for a week that’s what is going to help in reducing down the congestion from the chest and throat of the child and I definitely your child is going to feel much better after that
