My baby cough in sleep a lot ater giving cough syrup also what to he coughing a lot

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most ofc the timev supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. The cough syrup has good amount of paracetamol and do it which is why the child sleeps for a longer duration so it is not a matter of concern but if your child is having a lot of cough then it could be due to congestion in the chest and throat that you need to get it assessed with a paediatricianWrite Your Answer Here
