my child is 24 days he is having cold and cough.. Doctor gave him medicine antibiotics but now he is coughing very harsh...can u please suggest me a good cough syrup??????

Maxtra af you can give five drops three times in the day and you can give it for 3 to 5 days also along with that I would tell you if the congestion is so much please check with your doctor and start nebulising the child and massage the chest back and throat of your child with warm mustard oil adding some salt chopped garlic and carrot seeds into that and then do hot compress
