for vitamin d deficiency what I should add to my daughter's food.

A. First of all expose her to direct sunlight at least 30 mins a day avoid 12 pm to 3 pm time and give milk abd milk products abd introduce ragi sprouted powder in milk twice a day

A. vitamin D is formed naturally under the skin on sunlight exposure . you need to give Vitamin D3 supplement because these days the exposure to direct sunlight is quite less frequent
