A. Method. Wash your hands. Apply a thin layer of a water-based lube or water to the rim of the cup. This will make it easier to insert. Fold the menstrual cup in half. “You want to place the folded cup in one hand and keep the rim face up,” explains Dr. ... Insert the cup. ... Rotate it. use lubricant

A. Choose large size of menstrual cup and use Sirona menstrual cup applicator with strawberry flavoured lube gel. It makes the insertion easier and less painful

A. The most easiest thing you can use is menstrual cup applicator. There are many menstrual cups available online but currently I am using menstrual cup applicator by Sirona. Nowadays it is very trending too ..Simply you have to apply lube gel that comes with it..on the outer rim of menstrual cup and inner rim or applicator..then insert the cup inside the applicator and close it using the closing device.. then just insert it safely by pushing like an injection..and done! i think the process is very easy and might help you..take cake.

A. Madam see in a message it would be difficult for me to explain it to you I would suggest you to check some videos because you will find videos where an artificial insertion is shown also applicators are available for that insertion but all in all best is to check with your gynaecologist
