Q.

for my self actually my periods cycle is regular and this time its too late still i didnt get my periods and i checked kit it also showing as negative what i do next here I'll attach my cycle details. kindly anyone help what i do next. thanks in advance.

A. What is your age and nothing yo panic it happens sometimes so first of all you should start dome physical exercise in your daily routine and take care of your diet avoid junk fried and too much refined carbs and include good pritein in diet

A. If it is showing negative then you should get it examined by your doctor once because it could be due to disturbance in hormones also and if you’re taking pregnancy test I must also tell you we don’t believe it in hundred percent whether it is positive or negative so better that you confirm with your doctor
