Q.

For my kids initial i.e 45 days, 75 days & 105 days time given vaccination completed at government healthcare center. Sofar they given pcv vaccine 2 times as PCV-1 and PCV-2 and they told they will give booster dose in 10th month. We are planning to go to private hospital at starting of 7th month to get influenza vaccine for my kid. Along with this influenza vaccine can we get 3rd dose of PCV vaccine for my kid ?

A. yes can be given note this Pneumoccocal vaccine should be given at 6,10, 14 wks and booster at 15 months of age  Pneumoccocal vaccine is a optional vaccine but always better to give.  It give protection against  Repeated tonsills infection, repeat sinus infection, throat infection, pneumonia, ear infection etc  Can go with any brand all are equally good and effective.
