A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more intederaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three yearsx of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. Siri I’d advise you to consult a child psychologist because this kind of behaviour is mostly or sign for delayed its growth in the child does not follow command does not make an eye contact and respond to the name these things can be a sign for a little bit of delay in the age group and you should consult a child psychologist oneWrite Your Answer Here
