Q.

For me in first month I had milk secretion from both side. but from second month one side completely no milk secretion sir. now am feeding from one side only. even I took lactare tablet but no result.

A. hi mom please show to lactation expert once and try to take second opinion from a doctor have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk stay safe
