for iron how to I eat or drink

A. Namaste Mom, Good source of iron are organ meats such as liver, eggs , also you can opt for dry fruits such as raisins which can be soaked in water over night and morning have it along with it, also dates , apricots etc. You could also opt fr green leafy vegetables as well , legumes such as chana, rajma etc
