For better gut health what should be offered in foods?

A. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables. offer more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
