#asktheexpert hello.. I want know about healthy foods that can be given to child after 6 month. better health for my baby

A. Dear parent, after 6 months, you can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

Pureed or strained fruits (banana, pears, applesauce, peaches, avocado) Pureed or strained vegetables (well-cooked carrots, squash, sweet potato) Pureed protein (chicken, pork, beef, tofu or fish) Small amounts of unsweetened yogurt (Keep in mind your baby should not have cow's milk until he is at least one year old.)
