for 1 year baby things to be added in meal for a nutritious diet which should include vitamin minerals which are necessary for baby

A. In 1 year, you should start feeding variety of freshly prepared nutritious foods to the baby for overall development! You can feed pan cake, waffle, omelette, boiled egg, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, stuffed parantha, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice with dal and milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
