Q.
first month after delievery i couldnot b able to take calcium iron medicine because of health issue .. it's the 2nd month .cn i start calcium iron ? for how long time should I take the medicine

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Yes you should take the supplements for initial initial six months to 1 year if you have not started early then you can start as of now also then it would not be a problem so you can take them for at least six months minimum
