hello sir ..i am breastfeeding my baby and she is 9 months old already so should I take the calcium and iron both ...I had calcium and iron medicine for 15 days after my c section..and I have started giving calcium and iron to my baby as well. should I also take iron and calcium

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can take calcium and iron supplements regularly till 3 months after delivery but if you have not take it at that time do now you can take fir a month or two
