Q.

few days back my child has fallen from slab of kitchen.. je got hurt on his face.. near the cheek.. the area was red for 1 day.. do i need to worry

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestaftions occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easfily missed out most of the time .

A. hi parent namaste if she's unconscious, vomiting , bleeding , swelling then you should worry otherwise it's ok please obseege her keep her hydrated take care keep askin
