fever only ..no symptoms like cold cough.breathing also normal doctor...

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is only 2 years 9 months of age having fever u calpol 250 3.5 ml three times a day to the baby depending on the need . .

See If the fever still does not subside for more than three days then it could be due to some viral infection like the doctor has advised you so if the fever is much you go for further investigation like blood test or something because that way you’ll have a clarity about it and consult the concerned doctor for medicines because a better medication can be given to your child after a proper assessment
