fever m bachhe ko dudh pila sakte h 2.5 month ka baccha h...aur paracetamol &clavum 625 safe h lactation m ya nhi???

yes you can vontineoue breast feedi g your baby if you having fever and taking mention medicine.
do drink lots of water.
if breast feeding is not possible, you can feed formula milk.
