Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. 4 to 5 days when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child . . with the help of a digital thermometer and if it is 100 f or more then you consider it as fever or when you take the temperature in the oral cavity . of the child and if it is 99 degree fahrenheit then you consider it as fever and then paracetamol is given.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom. Viral fever can take 3-5 days to subside.. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F. Repeat the dose after five six hours if fever comes again. Take care and all the best
