VadikaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. It's good that you have recognised that you are suffering from postpartum anxiety. This brings you one step closer to recovery. Regularly practice meditation, mindfulness exercises, and eat nutritious diet. Book an appointment with a psychologist and get the level of your anxiety evaluated and go the prescribed way. Last but not least, PPA makes your brain foggy, and your brain lies you. Tell yourself that you may not overcome this anxiety right away, but I won't feel bad for having anxious thoughts. PPA is treatable, and you will be fine with the right treatment. Just don't loose hope. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel.
