Feeling bloated inside like a ball, especially on the right side of the lower abdomen what is the reason should be worried

A. Bloating can happen sometimes if you have taken any kind of a medication sometimes it is due to water retention also some people can face his kind of an issue so if you want you can just check with your doctor regarding that without a proper checkup difficult to give you help on this
