Hi mommy It’s all normal and common May happen as tear duct remain open in small baby it closes on its own No need to worry Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Wash hands often before touching your baby Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
