Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl5 years agoA. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. avoid using soap while bathing your child. you can use baby body wash or warm water with neem leaves. don't give bath for more than 10 minutes. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
