everytime my son getting phlem and cold why it happens? what we should take care of my son

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by thhe doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol jcan be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

It Could probably be due to some kind of energy that the child may be going through which is why your child is opening of pain suffering with cold and cough so you should just get a check with your doctor to figure out as to what kind of an allergy or child is having
