every feed after my was passing in the urine atleast 4 or 5 times...he was less wait 3.15 days old he was 4kg only.. any thing problem?...he was very active..but he was very lean..and skinny? what to do? his look like 1 month baby..

A. Hello mom babies monthly gain about 300 GMs to 1 kg and then by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight, so if the Baby was pre term baby they tend to grow on a slow pace compared to full term baby
