even I feed frequently my son 4 months old not peeing enough and that's too in yellowish color. but he sweats a lot. does its normal during summer

A. Hello mom as it’s summer the frequency of urination reduces also as mentioned be used sweating also . Make sure you are well hydrated with fluids in your diet as well
