A. Hello dear parent, you must give almost everything to eat to your child that you prepare for your family members. Give eggs and chicken also if you are non vegetarian. Also give rich diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit. Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits are must for strengthening the body from inside. Good luck and take care
