eating spicy Manchurian .....is does affected while breastfeeding. plz temme. I have 2momths baby πand give me solution also

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Maβam Too much of spicy food is definitely not recommended to go for because if you have any kind of an issue like heartburn or acidity or child will also have the same because of you eating spicy food so please maintain moderate spices in the food
