my girl 3years and 2momths , she got fever suddenly and her fart is very bad smelling not eating properly. I think she got some stomach upset. can anyone tell me the solution for fever am giving P250 4ml every 6hours.

yes it could be result of indigestion
please keep your child well hydrated
give easily digestible food items like curd rice with roasted jeera powder, upma, fruits more
avoid giving packet food items
give mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of ginger juice
