Q.

During my thyroid test, TSH value came as 0.31. Is this something to worry? how can i improve this?

A. this is ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. I Don’t think there is anything to be worried about it looks quite lower to me but since I am not an expert in this area I would advise you to consult your doctor the doctor would be able to tell if it is high or low and accordingly medicines are needed they will advise you the
