Q.

during my pregnancy i was diagnosed by anaemia... post delivery i took iron supplements for 6 months.. so is it necessary for me to continue it?

A. First get a complete blood picture done and Check your present hemoglobin status. If it is fine then you can stop if not you might have to continue taking them

A. Now you can give a break abd also get your Hun level checked to know whether further iron supplement is required or can be stopped abd eat greeen leafy vegetables

A. last time when i checked my hb level it was 12
