Q.

During my internal scan after 8 weeks the baby was not yet formed. Is it a problem ? or it is normal during this stage ?

A. usually at this time. you can see gestational sac and cardiac activity. if that's present then there's nothing to worry about otherwise please post your question again with attached ultra sound scan report

Baby Completes a body formation by 12 weeks you know like almost 3 months the formation of the body is complete but if there is not proper body there must be something the doctor must have advised you that that is visible to them but since it is a very critical question it would be better that you consult your gynaecologist for a better
