Q.

Dr. She is breastfeeding mother and start her menstrual cycle after 7 week of c section delevery. Is this normal or it will effect her brest milk? Please advise

A. Hello dear parent! Very normal. Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery due to hormonal changes. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
