Little bit of white discharge is common but if you feel it is wetting your panty and it is foul smelling it curd like then it needs to be checked and consult your gynaecologist and keep the area clean and dry and drink plenty f water and have curd daily and eat lady finger

सफेद डिस्चार्ज होना सामान्य है लेकिन अगर अन्य लक्षण जैसे जलन, दुर्गंध, खुजली, redness , सूजन आदि हैं तो कृपया अपने स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ से मिलें।
अपने आप को अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेट रखें।
कॉटन इनर वियर पहनें।
उस क्षेत्र को साफ रखें लेकिन इसके लिए साबुन या female gentile hygenie products का उपयोग न करें।
