Q.

Dr. my daughter is about 2 years old. We gave her rice, egg, banana, oats, dalia, etc. but day by day she becomes thin. we are very worried about her health. what should i do?

A. if he is active.. no worries.. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. ok

A. Hi You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given
