Dr. mujhe periods last montg 25may ko huye thai or ab tk ni huye maine pregnency test bhi kr liya wo negative Aara h but abhi tk periods ni huye mujhe kya krna chahiye plz. btaeye oi r dr.meri delivery huye 1year ho gya h baby c section se hua tha but mera Timmy bhut nikl gya h or weight bhi bd gya h mujhe kya krna chahiye

A. you can check other things like thyroid n a scan. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
