Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is safe but you have to adjust according to the weight of the child and the dosage is given as per 15mg per kg per dosage so your doctor will tell you how much dosage is given for 250 mg Paracetamol

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. It’s mostly given for fever to a child so if it has been suggested by the paediatric then you can go ahead with that but in general also it to save there is no problem if your child is six months complete you can give 10 drops every six hours to the child
