Does what mother eat really impact the breastfeeding baby that much? Like mom eating maida will make the baby constipated ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, no that’s not correct. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to be baby. So, though you can eat every thing, it is better to consume maida in moderation for your own good health.
