Does mother's diet effect the child health who are breastfeeding. Like cold or indigestion?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you are breastfeeding mother you should definitely take a proper food containing all types of nutrients plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet if you are suffering from cough and cold get treatment done
