I am breastfeeding mother for a newborn, What Fruits I can include in my diet so it should not effect the babies health.

A. Dear mum, you can have all the seasonal fruits like banana, papaya, watermelon, muskmelon, mango, chickoo. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to baby.

A. hi as a nursing mother,you can take all food items which you want. expect extreme spicy and sugary food so take healthy and well blanaced diet you can take all seasonal fruits like apple banana papaya,sweet lime, mango, watermelon, muskmelon etc keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
