Does exclusively using bottles cause dental problems later? My son is 4 months old

No it’s not like that but after the age of 6 to 8 months we usually advise you to prefer using better things like a sipper or a strawberries glass or a mug which is a better option for you to use and if you maintain proper hygiene then teeth gently do not get spoiled with usage of bottle
