Does dryfruits power increases the breastmilk production..... my baby is one month 14days old...... my breastmilk is low.... so plzzz tell me can I eat dryfruits power

The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there. Have lactonic capsules daily to increase bm. Include more of jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, makhana, dill seeds etc in ur diet to increase bm.
