ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. no, both are different. Giving gripe water is not necessary to babies at any age. If the baby is having gases or colics you can try Colicaid drops or coliza drops.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. I am not sure whether they are same or not but I am very sure that you cannot be giving any of these things to their child because you’re very unhealthy and they can be out very unhealthy for the growth of your child and overall manner
