A. I would suggest you to follow the instructions of your child doctor as he us the right person to guide you in detail about the treatment of your child based on the current condition of your child

A. hello, combiflam syrup is for pain. if the baby has pain and fever then you must give it otherwise just crocin can be more than enough. please make sure that the baby is hydrated all the time
