can I give mefenamic acid suspension-mefast-100 for treating fever in 10 month's old baby.this was suggested by my doctor

Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately.
Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed.
Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body.
Give soft easy to digest diet.
maintain proper hygein.
