hi my baby is 20 months old.. she is having fever from last night(100F). we are giving paracetamol 3.5ml.. again today she got 100f fever.. can I give combiflam suspension to her.. pls need your immediate response #seeking #doctors #suggestion

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after evebry 5 to 6 hours if fever is h repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
