Doctor my baby's weight gain initially was 200gms weekly now he is gaining around 300-400gms monthly. What should I do so that he gains weight? His birth weight was 2.6 kgs and now he weighs 6.3kgs.

A. good morning it is absolutely fine nothing to worry about it is very common for the rate of increase in the weight to slow down after a point of time it does not mean that there is any problem
